Anna Mercedes is a multilingual Legal Assistant at JEDCA Law, where she supports the firm’s litigation and transactional practice areas. She is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) candidate at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, beginning her legal studies in the fall of 2026, with an anticipated graduation date of 2029.

Anna's academic background is in economics. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida, with a minor in Business Administration. Her academic experience includes econometrics, international economics, and legal writing, which has strengthened her analytical, quantitative, and research skills.

At JEDCA Law, Anna supports the firm's attorneys with case preparation, organization of materials, document management and filing, and legal research, using specialized platforms and modern case management systems. She also brings experience from the financial services industry through her internship with Raymond James Financial, where she worked with financial information and regulatory processes.

Anna combines her background in economics with her growing legal experience to support the firm's team with analytical rigor, precision, and a strong commitment to her professional development.
