With more than 15 years of experience, Víctor has developed his career in legal operations, corporate affairs, and administrative management, supporting the execution and follow-up of key tasks essential to the daily operation of businesses, as well as matters requiring a higher degree of coordination and structure.

In his role as a paralegal at the firm, he provides substantive support to the attorneys in legal and corporate matters, including the preparation and review of contractual documentation, maintenance of corporate records, due diligence processes, legal research, and coordination with municipal and state regulatory authorities.

He has experience in negotiations, financial obligation restructurings, and business process optimization, contributing to the efficient management of complex matters.

Before joining JEDCA Law in 2024, he developed his career as an attorney in Venezuela and in international positions related to corporate services, complex collections, and operational management, participating in high-value negotiations and in the development of solutions within business environments.
